Katy Perry graces the cover of Vogue for the July issue. This will be her first Vogue cover. Perry is wearing a Rodarte Floral print dress that compliments her complexion, piercing eyes and dark summer locks! Seems to look like Perry look is maturing, which is a good thing. It is far different from her cupcake bra and purple hair.
