Rita Ora was snapped a few pics while at Sony Xperia Access Launch Party. Ora was wearing Natalia Kaut Spring 2013 Red Cut out dress. While 50% of me loves the cut out designs of this dress, the 50% feels as if it is all wrong. From the waist up, the dress seems very details and form fitting. From the waist and down I see plastic and cheap.
